    respected mam, we are utilising bus services of your school for the past 5 years pf now the attitude of the bus operator has changed considerably. The bus route no 1 which my childrens are travelling pick them up from sec 29, the timings are by 8 am they reach our spot , this however has changed now there is no fixed timings it comes any time between 7.45 am to 8.10 or even later , the kids have to wait for a long while and are clueless about the timings and if at all they reach earlier than the stipulated time it never waits for kids and move on, we have complained this to the operators but it has gone to deaf ears. we request you to arrange a meeting with the parents and the operators so that things will be more clear and we can see other alternatives to replace these bus operators regards sudesh kini 98200-82685 022-27656999.
