    Now builder is telling that Possession will be by MAY 08 & one more thing, while booking the FLAT Builder told that He will allot Covered Parking for Rs. 1 Lac ( Cash) while possession. but now he is asking Rs. 2.5 lac ( Cash Rs 2.4 Lac & remaining Rs. 10 Thousand by Cheque ). this is really builder is changing his commitment & asking more money ( 2.5 times ) . He is asking more money & he changes his commitment
